The beach of St.Barabara stretches in the quiet north-western part of the long bay of Nikiti. A couple of years ago only few singled houses could be found at the seaside there -  meanwhile some neighbourhoods of privatly owned holiday houses have been put up but, aside from a mini-market, no shops or taverns so that the area is still quiet. The streets in this neighbourhood are small low traffic roads, used only by the residents. Yet the touristic center of Nikiti with Tavernas, Cafés, watersport facilities and shops is only a walk on the beach away (about 700m). Meanwhile we rent and look after three private houses in St.Barbara which we would like to present you in detail.

The apartment of Jerome lies on the upper floor of a 2006 built house with altogether 4 flats, about 50 m from the sea.
Entering you will be in the big kitchen-livingroom area with modern equipped kitchen. Also the bathroom with toilet and shower is on this floor, as well as a big balcony with sea-view and BBQ. The bedroom lies on top floor, equipped with air-conditioning, double bed and an additional folding bed. The sofa down in the living room is a bedcouch for 2 persons, so that the apartment with 45 sqm has space for up to 5 guests. The furniture is new and modern, it is equipped with TV (central aerial and SAT-TV) and a DVD/CD/MP3-player, all windows have mosquito protection and in front of the house is a small garden.
Jerome's apartment is equipped with own oil heating and can also be booked on early spring or autumn. Smoking on the balcony is no problem, inside the apartment is NON-SMOKING area.
Also in Jerome's apartment the moderate use of the air-conditioning is included in the price - after our good experiences last year we are confident that our guests will act just as responsible this summer.
