The beach of St.Barabara stretches in the quiet north-western part of the long bay of Nikiti. A couple of years ago only few singled houses could be found at the seaside there -  meanwhile some neighbourhoods of privatly owned holiday houses have been put up but, aside from a mini-market, no shops or taverns so that the area is still quiet. The streets in this neighbourhood are small low traffic roads, used only by the residents. Yet the touristic center of Nikiti with Tavernas, Cafés, watersport facilities and shops is only a walk on the beach away (about 700m). Meanwhile we rent and look after three private houses in St.Barbara which we would like to present you in detail.

Since 2009 in our catalogue - About 100 m from the sea lies this semi-attached house with 2 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-livingroom area. Up to 5 persons can spend their holidays together, independent from hotel breakfast hours and last orders in the hotel bar...

The house has a size of about 60 sqm over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the big open-plan kitchen-living room with fully equipped kitchen (big refrigerator), dining table, open fireplace, greek TV, washing machine and a small toilet. The sofa can be converted into a double-bed (IKEA-Quality-Standard with slatted frame).
The upper floor with 2 bedrooms provides air-conditioning, also the bathroom with WC and shower is on the top floor. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, the other has 2 telescopic single beds which can be converted into a sofa.
The house is surrounded by garden with a lawn, a terrace with sun shade and a small BBQ. It is well suited for families and it is a NO-SMOKING house - but open-air-smokers are of course welcome.
