Holiday house for winter Maisonette

The beach of St.Barabara stretches in the quiet north-western part of the long bay of Nikiti. A couple of years ago only few singled houses could be found at the seaside there -  meanwhile some neighbourhoods of privatly owned holiday houses have been put up but, aside from a mini-market, no shops or taverns so that the area is still quiet. The streets in this neighbourhood are small low traffic roads, used only by the residents. Yet the touristic center of Nikiti with Tavernas, Cafés, watersport facilities and shops is only a walk on the beach away (about 700m). Meanwhile we rent and look after three private houses in St.Barbara which we would like to present you in detail.

This holiday house with 3 bedrooms is situated 40 m from the sea. Up to 6 persons can spend their holidays together, independent from hotel breakfast hours and last orders in the hotel bar...
The house has a maisonette-like architecture with about 75 sqm over 3 floors. On the first level you will find 2 bedrooms with window/ terrace door and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. On the middle floor is the entrance opening into the spacious kitchen-livingroom with equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV (central aerial, sat-tv with french, german, english programs) with DVD-player, balcony and a second toilet. The top floor provides the third bedroom with air-conditioning.
The house has a small garden with terrace and BBQ, an own oil heating and it is a NO-SMOKING house - but open-air-smokers are of course welcome.
Also 2009 our guests used the air-conditioning so sparingly-oecologically that we will continue to have the use included in the price.
