Relaxing Holidays for Couples and Families

In 2004 Peter’s House opened in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Halkidiki. A little outside of the center the complex is situated on a small hill about 100m from the sea, in a quiet neighbourhood, yet only a walk on the beach (ca. 1200m) away from Nikiti’s main beach promenade with many taverns, shops und cafés. The footway to the sea is about 300m, the next shopping facility is a mini-market, about 600m away.
Peter's House is represented in our catalogue for 2 years. The owners, Sonia and Petros, are on-site almost all the time doing a lot for their guests' comfort. They offer shopping- and tranport tours to the super-market for people without an own car and should a technical problem arise, it will be fixed as fast as possible.
Also this year the moderate use of the air-condition will be included in the price.

Description:

The building is surrounded by a big garden with sunshades,tables & chairs and a small barbeque. It consists of 6 studios for 2-3 persons with bathroom with shower&WC and separated kitchen and 4 apartments for 4 persons with bedroom, combined bed-living room, bathroom with shower&WC and separated kitchen. Every studio or apartment has a small dining table
All studios and apartments have a balkony with view on sea. The garden has a small playground, a parking facility is directly in front of the house.

Equipment:

All studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with toaster and coffee machine, hair-dryer, air-conditioning, iron and ironing board, safe, television. Windows and balcony doors have mosquito protection.

Service:

Cleaning and changing of sheets and towels every 3 days.
