Route description from Makedonia Airport

of Thessaloniki to Nikiti

The airport is situated in the south east of Thessaloniki outside of the city. Since 2004 it has a direct connection to the highway going to Halkidiki. You follow the signs for "Chalkidiki" or "Nea Moudania". Coming near N. Moudania you take the exit "Sithonia".( ...if you miss this exit you will find yourself on the way to Kassandra... and must turn around !!)

After the exit the highway ends and you continue on the well extended country road where you will find the first sign for "Nikiti" shortly after. (Watch the speed limit on the road, there are many controls...).
Nikiti has exactly one crossing with traffic light. There you turn right and follow the road down towards the sea. The second last restaurant on the right side is ours :
"Ta tria skalopatia" - "The three Steps" with a big restaurant garden and yellow sunblinds.
And here you are!
